Ross Mathews Officiates Same-Sex Wedding at DC Pride

On June 14, E!'s Ross Mathews officiated the ceremony of George Carrancho and Sean Franklin during the Capital Pride Parade in Washington, D.C. It took place atop the Marriott #LoveTravels float on the corner P Street and 15th Street.
